Update operating times, contract says 7-10 am drop off, door says opens at 11 am, online says opens 12pm. Wanted to drop off in person but at 9 am no one there,I had to wade thru 4” of water to get to the drop box. Person there said they knew that but didn’t seem to care.

ANNETTE Gthis location was fine, but I was supposed to pick up in one location and was changed to this one at the last minute, its my fault for not checking on it more because it added an hour to our drive to get it, and it was supposed to be mobile check in and it was not, so i had to wait for them to get there, check in went fine
