Brian was really friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. He came out as I pulled up and helped direct me to the spot where he wanted me to be and pulled off the trailer for me. We had a chat as the location is pretty new and I got some background as to why it was opened up. All in all, nice experience and I'll likely use his location again.
