Problems with billing. Charged me an extra day for a 2 minute differential and the rental location said they had no authority to reverse it (even though it was delivered an hour late to me). I put a request for a refund of the 2nd day, but I have not heard back.
MARK SThe people at this location were the best! For some reason when I googled "uhaul Plymouth California" Google gave me a phone number for a uhaul place in the town of Plymouth MN. This caused a little misunderstanding when the guy on the phone said the current time was 2 hours later than the time in California. Should update the Google info to direct calls to the California location
