There was pop spilled all over the dash and food crumbs on the floor. They advertised being open until 7, but the uhaul person was leaving at 6. I reserved for 6 to give me an hour to get the truck. When I got there she said "you're lucky, I was just leaving". If I'd been a few minutes later, I wouldn't have gotten the truck because "the other guys don't know how" I would've been stranded on labor day weekend without a truck to move. I would use any other location before using them again. When I dropped it off, I made sure to let them know I didn't make the mess in the truck. I got the truck and we moved. So average rating at best.
