Gentleman was great, but charged me an additional day use fee because that’s what was in the system so I paid—should’ve had truck to end of day without incurring additional cost—movers to off load were scheduled for that day.

Kenneth MWe almost lost our car less than two hours into our trip. We had to go to Butte U-Haul Super Store , where the folks said the car was not secured properly. Which was done by pick-up location in Pablo, MT. Car dolly was replaced by auto transport by the Butte store, Russ was fantastic in helping us resume our trip safely. All these events are documented in the U-Haul darabase system.
