The guy wasn’t even there when we came to pick up the trailer. We had to wait 45 minutes for him to show up after we had to call him. Then, when we dropped off, he wasn’t there again and we had to drop off without any assistance. The trailer didn’t have a jack so we had to lift it off the hitch. We called customer service and they just grind us the location was closed that day. Absolutely ridiculous.
