This was the first U-Haul I have rented that did not smell like cigarette smoke in the cab. What a pleasant surprise. They should all be that way !! No exceptions !!

The cab of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Very offensive and not uncommon for U-Haul trucks. There should be a surcharge for properly removing the smell if someone smokes in the truck. Hotels and rental car companies have surcharges to discourage smokers. I don't smoke and don't want to smell like smoke when I use a U-Haul truck. U-Haul needs to step up and fix this problem.
