The location was good, the employee was excellent and so helpful. The only downside was that the checkout process took a long time because the location doesn't have solid internet connection and she had a hard time completing the process. She had to complete it on her phone instead of the computer. We gave ourselves plenty of time but we had to catch the ferry. If we had not planned for extra time, we could have been late to the ferry.
