I had ordered a 15' truck since it cost just slightly more, and wanted to make sure that everything fit. I got a call the day before my pickup, informing me that they only had a 10' truck available for a one way trip at the Port Angeles site, and that I'd have to go to Forks, an hour one way, away if I needed a 15' truck for my one way trip. I ended up taking my chances with the 10' truck, and things worked out. So, all's well that ends well. But for the love of god, don't change an order the day before. I had made my reservation two weeks in advance, and they could've said something much sooner. Otherwise, they were friendly and helpful at pickup and would've gotten an 'excellent' review, but they get an 'average' for changing my reservation the day before.

JENNIFER RTruck and trailer interiors had not been cleaned. Also they needed exterior washing. I had to clean windshield myself. Service was great and efficient.
