The woman who checked me out when we brought back the truck would not provide me a receipt at the time of drop off. The truck was not checked for condition or amount of gas when it was dropped off. She said it was time for her to go home, so she took her purse and walked out the door, telling me I had to wait until the next day to get an emailed receipt. Very poor customer service!

Cuando fui a retirar el camión y el tráiler nos cobraron el camión y el tráiler pero en el contrato no aparecía el tráiler lo que ocasionó una demora de más de una hora, adicionalmente el camión estaba bloqueado por 3 camiones más y nos tocó esperar a que movieran los otros camiones.
Jorge GCharged 200 dollars more than quoted. It took a long time to rent the truck. the gas gauge did not read what the contract said so we had to return it with more gas than we got it with. I would not recommend the pick up location. Not a good experience at all. The clerk was pleasant but not helpful. The print on the contract was so small I couldn't read it and told the clerk that. The return was easy and took no time at all. I would recommend the return location. It was easy fast and they were very helpful. This is the second time in the last 7 months that I have been overcharged.
