Easy location to work with. Haven't rented often from this location but never had any issues. Highly recommend. Will likely use again when needed.

The staff person lifted the trailer hitch onto the ball of my truck hitch and then walked away without saying a word, leaving me to hook up the lights and the safety chains; i.e., he did nothing to make sure it was safely hooked up. One of the trailer’s lights was not working, so I just used it that way because the staff person was no longer available. When I returned the trailer, they sent a man to unhook it who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Very unprofessional operation.

Ronald HThe inside needed to be swept before we put anything into it. It was not swept out before we picked it up. Don't know why U-Haul corporate won't ever deliver a trailer to where I requested. It is always moved to somewhere different. This U-Haul location had at least 4 other U-Haul stores closer.
