This service agent was terrible. She was talking on her cell phone on speaker throughout the whole time she was serving me. I waited for her to put her phone down and she indicated she wanted to serve me while she was speaking to her friend in her own language. I haven’t had service like this anywhere I felt terrible and disregard it and it was a frustrating experience throughout . And she overcharged me as well I will never go here again and hope you deal with her terrible customer service.

The lady was extremely rude when we rented one at this location last year. She was basically yelling at us when all she needed to use was a calm voice to sort everything out. Even the UHaul customer service girl on the phone asked who was making all of the noise in the background when I called to officially sort things out and complain about how I was being treated. We now have a discount to use but would NEVER rent from a convenience store like this again. It's horribly run!

Truck was dirty inside, operator poorly trained, had to fill out the computer forms myself, only reason I chose the location as it was convenient to my house. Advertising on side of truck is misleading says rental charge is 19.95 a day, the huge catch is that they charge you $1.60 per mile or $1.00/km. My bill came to $140, for 2 hours of use and 57 miles driving. Major deception. Did not expect to pay $20, but certainly did not expect a bill for $140. The side of the truck should say, rent me for $1.00/km.

We got over charged for our rental... It was supposed to be $61.47.. and got charged $64.07... I know it's a minor detail.. but it's still a detail that got overlooked! The rental was dirty, and a homeless person had obviously slept in it. It smelled SO bad of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts all over the place !!!! We couldn't store our stuff in it that had fabric... In case the smell got into the belongings!

Do not let that business run your U-Haul trucks they are horrible liars the vehicles were dirty no one‘s around English very broken from the husband vehicle was so dirty no walk around was done and nothing but excuses had to call your head office to file a complaint your regional British Columbia Canada manager Ali It is very unprofessional and use quite the profane language will not be using U-Haul again unless you can get better people

This location is understaffed and pays no regard to customer experience or safety. The rental pick-up was chaotic and the staff, did not provide a walk around of the vehicle to assess any damage, they did not teach us how to open and close the back of the truck safely, they were unable to help us adjust the mirrors, they did not go over the details of the contract. When we inquired about how certain truck features worked, we were simply told "You have insurance? No problem". The copy of the contract/receipt was printed on the back of someone else's receipt which included the other customer's personal information. The truck had dirty sheets inside it which we had to dispose of ourselves. What really made us mad, however, is that while we filled the gas tank up to its original level ahead of returning the vehicle, we were still charged an extra $30 for gas and have been unable to remedy this via phone. We will go out of our way to avoid dealing with this location ever in the future and would suggest others do the same.

I signed up on line and followed all the given instruction for a 12 hours rental . When I went to pick up the truck, they INSIST I returned at 10 pm which I told them I will do my best. We returned after 10.5 hours but the place was close and have NO KEY DROP BOX . So we have no choice but parked the vehicle in the proper place and hide the key near a basket outside the door. Next day the owner called with an UNKOWN or not listed no. on my cell . I had a missed call but the man left a voice mail with no number to call back. We google FAMILY MILK and the no. was discontinued . Finally another lady called again with the same unknown no. and was so rude and scream . I went to the location and she was the rudest person I have ever met! We had a shouting match and she told me that she does not follow U-haul email ....or key drop off instructions after hours. Anyway, I'm a very frequent U haul user as I have a project company . But will NEVER step into this location again even though it is so near our business. This is the most unprofessional couple I ever met in my 20 years of business ...and to represent an esteemed company like U-haul is unbelieverable.

The owner of this store does not thank customers for choosing this service. It also shows that they have not practiced the basic customer relationships necessary for the service industry. You should acknowledge your mistake and apologize. The reason is that the truck driver side windshield wiper has come off in the rain. I had to stop the truck on the highway. In order to avoid this danger, I picked up the wiper and wound it around with tape, I could avoid this danger. On the other hand, shop owners were only concerned about Fuel Tank Capacity. There was no excuse for the wiper to come off. Is it a counterfeit sticker that passed the inspection of the U - HAL attached to the truck? ! I have evidence photos of this problem.

This van was in unacceptable condition. It was filthy and smelled like dog and cigarettes. Dust dirt and trash every where. It still have a headache from the cigarette smell. The only reason we didn’t return it on site was that it was the only van available and we were on a time crunch. I wish I could upload the pictures I have. I’d love at least a partial refund if possible. It was completely unsatisfactory. I would not reccomend to anyone.

UHaul is a very secondary business to the small grocery store that I had to go to in order to rent a vehicle. English was a 2nd language and it was challenging to clearly understand the individual dealing with me. He was the only staff person in the store and had to leave me a number of times to Eve other customers ...... he actually asked if I could use a computer and when I said I could, he asked me to type in my name and address so he could look after someone wanting lottery tickets. After all was completed and the vehicle chosen, I asked what the price would be .....I was told "$50- ..... about $50-". When I went in this morning to pick up the vehicle there was another staff person there and I again asked for the price and was told "it will be around $65-". When I returned after using approximately 3 of the 4 1/2 hours the vehicle was rented for and driven approximately 100km, I was charged $80- and given no clear explanation as to the difference in what I was told and what my credit card was charged with. This was a very "small" transaction that was somewhat spoiled by the lack of professionalism shown me as a customer. I say all this not to bash the two people I dealt with, but to highlight points for improvement in the future. Would I recommend UHaul from this location and would I use UHaul again? Very sorry that I have to say no, I wouldn't.

Over charged for the gas refill which was recommended on an invoice. On the advice given as to how much has to refill after using the van, we did as requested. We ended up grossly over filling the tank based on the liters suggested vs the tank gauge. This was a big disappointment.

Very friendly service for both pick up and drop off. My only comment was that the vehicle had not been completely cleaned, had old coffee cup and other bits of junk in cup holders and on floor.

The wife of the owner is very nice and helpful but her husband is a rude and unreasonable person. He didn't allow me to get the cargo van without optional damage cover. Finally I had to spend extra 20bucks for the move. Give me a really bad taste of his customer services.
