It is the 2nd time I rented from Family Milk. The vehicles are always clean. However 2x I got screwed up. The first time I booked a 10 ft truck. When I came they gave me the van. Last Tue I booked the 10 ft for Jan 13/Sat until 11am. When I picked it up they want it back Sat /8:45am for the next customer. The best I can do was return it 9:30am. Next time I book, I will ask them to sign an agreement.

i was only 15 minutes late and the lady charged me $15 extra for coverage and $19.95 extra. I'm not happy with that and I want my money back. and I'm not going to rent a car from U-Haul any more

The lady running Family Milk - Rental Pick up Station became very unfriendly and started raising her voice as I highlighted an error in the invoice. Highly customer unfriendly attitude. However she finally called a manager who was very supportive and attended to my problem professionally.

When I had originally booked the uhaul, I booked it for 4pm Tuesday afternoon. That same day I called in and asked if I could move the time to 1 pm so I could ge it a little earlier. The lady on the phone said "that's perfect, we'll have a truck for you" later that day I got a call at around 11am telling me that my pickup would be at 5:15 pm and that it was at a location a lot further away from me, not to mention that the lady who called was beyond rude to me about it. On top of all that, we were told to drop the truck off at 8:15 the following morning and the drop off store was closed and we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to open. My family has always dealt with uhaul and normally we are thrilled with the service but after this we will not be using uhaul at all.

The van uses too much fuel. I traveled 20 km and put in $10.00 The vendor said it was not enough so it required another $10.00 (paid the difference rather than going to a gas station again). I have still not received a final bill / receipt even though I was told it was sent. The lady at the FAMILY MILK I found to be arrogant but I let it go as I have no intention on using vehicles fro her location again.

Do not use this facility. The owner had marked the gas gauge improperly so I photographed it. She denied this as being true and said, "I checked it yesterday." Well, I'm sorry, but pictures don't lie!

Very helpful staff, they even supplied the requested dolly that Uhaul website didn't bother to reserve even though requested and noted in reservation confirmation. Second time in as many rentals from Uhaul.

I had to wait over half an hour for my truck because the previous customer using it returned it late. I know that's not U-Haul's fault but it's not a very good system that my truck depends on another customer; if I had to go to another location that would have really messed up my schedule. I also hired moving helpers on the same order from U-Haul so they had to wait for me and my clock with them was running while I was trying to figure out how to get a truck. I also reserved online a dozen furniture covers for use during the move, but the location had none. So what is the point of reserving something if it's not there for you? The truck was fine and my move went smoothly but I would not count on the specifics of what you reserve!

Only 1 truck was available, not a problem this time, but would have to use another location for any other size vehicle. Also, I had asked for multiple furniture pads, but only 1 was at the location.
