Agent told me that Safe Move was mandatory. It wasn’t until I called uhaul customer service and wasted an additional 8 minutes that he stated he found a way to remove the coverage. Please note that those old rental car tricks to force a customer to purchase optional coverages doesn’t work on a person who has worked in the rental vehicle industry.

Filling up the gas tank before renting
BISMARK GThe cup holders should be cleaned.My wife's phone at full of some type of something all over the a spot where you plug it in, because she put her phone in the cup holder. But other than that, it was fine
