I went there 5 times to get a receipt for the equipment I returned and I was told: - She is not here, call this number (when I called the number the same person that gave me the number answered the phone and told me that she was not there). - Come in one hour. - Come tomorrow. - She was here 15 minutes ago, but she just went home to take a shower (no, I am not kidding). - She is on vacation!

Most phone calls were unanswered, and no employees were present during two visits during listed business hours. Also, the building is run down to the point of appearing that it is no longer in business. The employees were however helpful when I was able to contact them.

No reception at this place. It is an auto shop, no welcoming at all. Lady told me to not worry, that drop the keys and they will take care of the truck and they will summit an email. What a surprise. That charge $50 for cleaning for a truck that wasn't dirty and $30 for fuel service. Unbelievable and then I call them and they gave me a f work and hanged on me, what an unprofessional place. Never go there

Nothing much. Nice people who were willing to stay late past closing to accommodate me. I felt like I was dealing with friends, not in a customer client relationship. As business should be from time to time when the ground rules change slightly and traffic does not cooperate.

Was never called to advise p/u location would be different then the one I requested, I called requested location & was told what where to p/u. Went to p/u & truck had a bit over 1/4 tank. I had to fill up before loading truck. Returned truck w/ >1/2, almost 3/4 of a tank of gas. Not happy at all with have to supply U-Haul with fuel.......

When I walked into the shop 3 dogs ran out and jumped on me. Owner ignored me to feed his animals before acknowledging my presence. His internet was not working properly and took 30 minutes to check me out.

This location is below what I expected. The women booking my U Haul was helpful. I had to hook up the trailer without help. Good thing I knew how to do it. There were dogs running around the shop. Not a very professional place. I was told a return location in NC and when I called them they told me that they didn't take trailer returns so I had to find another location to return the trailer on my own. I originally went to the Babylon NY location and they could not take my reservation so I had to call the 800 number. The 800 number had a hard time tracking down a trailer. I had to suggest locations. I would figure that an operation like U Haul would keep track of equipment better.

I was charged 79.06 for a hold charge, that was never released and charge in addition to charge for the retail that was 57.95, this is unacceptable. I arrived 10 mins early to pick up my van. The owner said he would be there in 45mins. When. I booked on line I asked for the earliest available time for pick up and a full tank of gas. The operator said I could pick the van up at 10am sharp and there would be a full tank of gas. I get the van 45mins later then the promised time with a half tank of gas. When I call to complain, I get a blaze' operator telling me that gas is not garenteed and that I would get a 50.00 refund for the late pick up. I receive a 50 refund and got charged 79 dollars plus 57 dollars for bad service. You guys are a rip off.
