Absolutely horrible. I had to travel 8 hours round trip to pickup the trailer that was promised to be available on the date in my hometown. They made.no attempt to have a trailer available as per my contact. At the last minute I was told that I had to travel 350km return trip on my dime to get the trailer that I was told would be available in my town.aargh! The truck had a bad tire which they changed. But the truck pulled to the left really badly and was super hard on my right arm. I guess its more economical to replace tires than fix the truck. Uhaul does not care about they're customers at all ! Never again if I can help it.
