william wVehicle had excessive pet hair, pet, dander, cockroaches, what looked like a large area of pet urine and Bad odor. Worried about having cockroaches in my home that may have been transferred from this filthy van.
DAVID BThere was a leak in the roof that we where not aware of and a TV got water damage. Other than that everything was great.
ROBERT SI reserved this trailer at the UHaul on Grover Cleveland in Homosassa Springs, FL. I went to check on the rental and the person working told me I was going to have to go to Ocala, FL to pick it up. When I got the text confirming the reservation, it changed again to Port Richey, FL. I had to drive 46 miles (one way) to pick up a trailer that I was supposed to be able to pick up in Homosassa Springs, 5 miles from our RV Park. Even though the location in Homosassa Springs had a 5 X 9 on the lot. It was reserved for local only. Other than this fiasco, the New Port Richey location was great. People were friendly and helpful.
