This was NOT the agreed return location. Uhaul arbitrarily changed the location accruing additional mileage having to arrive, leave, and return again when there was space to park a 15' truck along with location not 24hours. Furthermore location is a obstructional driving hazard. Uhaul ignored my decline to agreement to final payment without consultation.

Had moving blankets in my order, they didnt have them so I had to drive to another location to get them
John MSome rental locations are affiliates of U-HAUL as is this one in PSL, FL. The location is convenient. The equipment was clean, maintained, and available. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Insurance is recommended to customers. Mr. Black - AFM, who oversees a bit more of a broad network, does value customer service in particular. Thank you.
Wallys MOk, there was potting soil all over the back, but not a problem. The rental process was EASY and the return even easier. I returned where I rented from. Thank you!
