The U-Haul computer system crashed. The two customer service reps went all-out to make sure the rental went through. They called their main office, called other providers, called the computer specialists, and checked whether they could get the App working. They ultimately printed the contract the old-fashioned way, to get me going. Great service under tough conditions!
