This location was significantly further away than the location that I booked. I received no notification from Uhaul that the location had changed, so I went to the location in the email and spent 20 minutes trying to find a parking space only to find that I was in the wrong location. I then had to drive 20 minutes to the location where the truck was available. Now I was 10 miles from my storage unit instead of 2, and behind schedule. Despite there being multiple uhaul locations between my home and storage unit, or very close, I was sent miles away without any warning. Due to this: I ended up spending an extra $50 on mileage fees and gasoline. I wonder if Penske would make mistakes like this for the rest of my move next week.

I paid my payment a few days late due to the date I received my paycheck. I continued to make subsequent payments of $137 cash on time and was always given a recent showing a zero balance. Then I was told in July of this year that I owe over $600 to be current! These people keep telling me I owe over $600 but provide no written documentation to me to support this claim.

Mark was terrible to rent from. He called to switch payment methods. He asked for three different credit cards from me which is rather scary. He also asked me to return the vehicle before it was due to rent it to another customer. He then proceeded to harass my in case of emergency person on file, then continued to harass me. I had to have someone else help me return the vehicle as I was too afraid to return to the location where I picked it up. I now still have to call in to get this billing fixed as I had a commercial mileage and he charged me for Full mileage. The bill doesn't seem to be added on my credit card even though charges have been made on my card. Fraudulent charges were made on the time of my card while I had the vehicle so who is to say who did it but they were very close proximity to his store. He also looked into my address which is creepy and even though I use my business address, he texted me he went over to my address. I think this is absolutely unexceptable behavior, stalking and harassment. I will never ever use this again and would not recommend it to any of my friends. In fact, I will warn them to be safe to not use this place because it frightened me and my family and friends. My uber driver wouldn't even leave me when I picked it up for fear of how scary it was when we drove up!
