Renting a Uhaul from this location was a great experience. Friendly, professional staff. Quick rental process, including getting the keys. Easy location with a close parking lot available to leave my car in. Van was in perfect shape and easy to drive. I would highly recommend this location to a friend and will return if I need to rent a van again.

The location office was closed as I arrived around 3:45pm. I called the phone number and the gentlemen identified as the man incharge and then proceeded to say ”I am not at the location, what do you want me to do?” Which was a bit shocking especially when I was helping u-haul with delivering a trailer for them. Then I proceeded to say, I am from Canada and in Portland, as a visitor I have no option to keep the trailer and truck for another day. Only then the gentleman proceeded to say that there is a lock box and the keys can be dropped off with the truck and trailer. Wish he would have started the conversation with a helpful solution. That said. Everyone else was very helpful.
