My Uhaul was stolen, I filed a police report, your store received this information, and still tried to charge me over $5k when it was recovered. You’re lucky the charge was rejected, and I will never use this location again.

Best part is their location... I only wish they had more options of trucks and trailers. Service was friendly and super easy check-out/check-in.
PATRICK SThe clerk I returned the truck to had no idea what I was talking about when I explained the gas situation as I discussed in the comment section above. Again, in the end I provided U-Haul with 3/4 tank of free gas which doubled my rental costs because I picked up a truck which was empty of gas. I had to find a gas station immediately to fill it because U-Haul has not taken measures to prevent their trucks from being siphoned.
