This was a secondary location I got transferred to after my original location didn’t have my reserved truck for me. This location was lovely and very helpful, but the whole experience was frustrating. I ended up getting the link you’re supposed to fill out before driving like 15min after leaving, turns out the person gave me the wrong truck so I couldn’t even fill out the form because the website errored when I tried to enter my rentals mileage. I had to return to this location instead of my original reserved location to avoid fees which cost me extra miles and gas.

The car broke down. The maintenance tech that came to fix it even said that it had an old battery and needed a new one. The emergency brake was broken and the glass on the dash was cracked and missing pieces. I was only renting for 5 hours to get stuff across town, thought it wasn’t enough to delay my move, but it actually ruined everything. I will be making a complaint.
