Very easy and priced fairly.
Julie VU-Haul doesn't care about the customer experience. That's why I only got surveys for the specific customer reps that I called to complain to and the specific location that I picked up the truck. Your company's policies are garbage, your moving help no showed. Give me a survey I can fill out about U-Haul corporate so I can really give you guys a piece of my mind. You fucking assholes.
