The windshield wipers were not working properly which was scary coming from Portland. It was raining hard and couldn’t see due to wipers. Had to pull over and it delayed our trip.

Ghazanfar AThe salesperson did not confirm the gas tank level when I picked it up until I asked. She did not know how to use the U haul system, it said I could do contact free pick up on the U haul site, however she said I could not. She was not well trained in how to do a U Haul transaction.
