I kept calling the number for the U Haul on Pleasant View. No answer. Left messages. No call back. The only information was if I wanted to rent a storage unit. Eventually called the other U Hall's in Post Falls. The Seltice one was able to find me in your system. Reserved the truck I wanted and said I would receive instructions to download the app. I did so. The next day I went to pick up the truck. The app wasn't easy to navigate. Finally called the toll free number. Got walked through the whole thing. They had to contact my daughter to verify who I was. After having a picture of my driver's license and a picture of my face. 45 minutes later I'm trying to open the lock for the key. Took a while. I was too short to see the letters on it. The woman on the phone was kind and patient with me. Next time I'll go somewhere with humans to help me in person, if I ever do this again.

CDL driver here, place was too small for uhauls to be parking.
Ryder CComments-I didn't like the truck's brake and accelerator pedals. They felt offset to the left, and there were a few times the engine revved up when braking because I would hit both pedals at the same time. Maybe it was my big feet. lol They're too close to one another. Climbing into the cab was also a challenge. Good thing it had a pull bar to do pullups on. The brakes also were making grinding sounds when stopping; you might want to look into that. The 15-footer was perfect. One and a half fills and we were done. I would rent from again.

GERALD MPhone communication with customers if the location is planning to be closed when customer arrives. I tried for three days to contact location by phone, no answer. I even left a message. No return call. Thank goodness an emergency number was on the door.
