The 6x12 trailer I had reserved two weeks earlier was not available as they had rented it to someone else who did not return it on time. The 5x8 trailer that was substituted did not have a drop ramp like the 5x8 that I had rented just a couple weeks earlier. She wrote up a new reservation, but apparently didn't enter
