Unfortunately there was no service, which isn't the locations fault. It did prove to be an issue when picking up and dropping off because I was unable to complete either process. I was then charged extra because it appeared I didn't drop off timely. Uhaul rectified it after later speaking to customer service. I tried to communicate with the store attendant my concern about not being able to upload photos, but he didn't speak much English. Thankfully it didn't prove to be an issue, pick-up, but I didn't have confidence that there would be any resolution had there been.

ADEBAYO MNo one was available at the time of my reservation and I was charged more than double my quote. The worker input 100 miles when my original reservation was for 10, I went 4 miles total. I was assured the difference of mileage would be refunded and it has not been.
