I was told the gas was full adn it looked like it was but the van was parked on a hill. As soon as I started driving the gas gauge went down to just over 1/2 a tank. I took a photo to show the clerk. I added more gas then I used.

JUSTIN GThe owner of business should check the safety issue before lending the truck to us. My husband was the one who drove the truck. It had bad front wheel and brake. We could return it after finding out the safety issue, but we don’t have a choice because our timing of moving out and in time. Again, the owner should check everything including safety and adding the dolly. He didn’t do his job as we expected.
Cassandra BThey didn't have an appliance dolly and tried to pass off a regular handcart. They wouldn't take the appliance dolly off of the order, so I wound up paying for it, even though I didn't get one. Their attendant made me wait for 20 minutes to check out the truck because she was more interested in personal chit chat with her retail clients. And why on earth did it take over 3 weeks to provide my invoice / receipt?
TIMOTHY HPlaced online order for the truck rental that should have included blankets. There were issues getting the rental and person at gas station was unable to do anything and had to call phone support. Upon returning the truck, was told I had to download the app and do that process to return the truck and then drop keys off in lock box. Very cumbersome just to pickup and drop off.
