The female that checked me out was fabulous. When I checked it back in however, the male charged me for gas that I didn't use and had to request a refund for the extra $46+. My overall experience was good and the refund was handled politely and right away.

The computer system was down company wide, so it took almost 3 hours to receive the truck. It wasn't anyone's doing, so I waited patiently, and was eventually able to complete my move. The clerk at the Central Valley location, was so apologetic and tried the entire time to assist in getting it to work. She was very nice and helpful, just an unfortunate situation for everyone. The morning clerk for pickup and the afternoon clerk for drop off, were great!
Jennifer GI was told the gas was full adn it looked like it was but the van was parked on a hill. As soon as I started driving the gas gauge went down to just over 1/2 a tank. I took a photo to show the clerk. I added more gas then I used.

JUSTIN GThe owner of business should check the safety issue before lending the truck to us. My husband was the one who drove the truck. It had bad front wheel and brake. We could return it after finding out the safety issue, but we don’t have a choice because our timing of moving out and in time. Again, the owner should check everything including safety and adding the dolly. He didn’t do his job as we expected.
