MATTHEW MThe guy I worked with was young and a little "green." When hooking up the trailer he connected the emergency brake cable and said it was a brake controller ... two different things. Overall though, a very good experience. We were in and out promptly and the trailer was ready. Checkout was easy. I had an email issue and he changed it in their system quickly.
