Wouldn’t go past 45 miles unloaded and there was.8 on the miles when it was.9 on it. Also they illegally put it in my name coz I used my card without me being there without me showing any proof Or id only one name it was posed go in was my bf considering I didn’t show any thing or even come In for it to be in my name just cuz my credit card was used in my name doesn’t mean I was giving permission for the truck to be in my name when I wasn’t even present there to put it in my name they illegally put it in my name. It my bf without my permission even tho he’s the one who showed his id sooo makes no sense at all

WILLIAM CIf there was a weather app connected to the return on Uhaul site it could've been much easier. I sat a very long time in a storm and torrential rain waiting for opportunity to sprint to key drop, only to see i had to include photos. The whole experience is not at all enjoyable in a lightning storm and driving rain.
Thomas BThis location gave very little help with the problem noted above. I actually had to drive back to this location to get the situation resolved. I actually walked back to the drop off site and took pictures of the trailer that I returned. Then called the district office to explain the situation. Not good. Not what I expected from a company that’s been around. The district office said they would keep calling me until the trailer was returned. Very threatening. Unprofessional. And NO apology.
