Joshua KI was bounced to three different locations. First, I was to pick up the 26’ truck off Rt. 37; then I was moved to my Stop N Go ((where all of my storage lockers were) which was most convenient; then, to Dublin Rd in Powell, OH. When I arrived there was no 26’ truck, nor was there any truck available nearby. I was put in a 20’ truck which is NOT what I contracted for. Because I was given a smaller truck it required more trips, more miles, more gas, more time, and more expensive than anticipated. Improvement requires better logistics.
