William SOur drop off location was Oshkosh WI. Found out the vehicle we were given was a late return and not checked in at the Powell location. Caused a headache during return. The Oshkosh location was very friendly and helpful navigating us through Powell wy locatin screw up.
SCOTT KDrop off went well.
