Drop-off in Sunday was a nightmare! You were closed & required pictures that I took & didn't know how to send. Probably took us about 1 hr & not sure that closed.i called uhaul and even person on the phone had difficulty. I am a senior used to working with humans, not technology stuff. Please provide a direct help line for others like me!!! Thanks
