Area had wasp nests. Person behind the counter had me calling uhaul techs for help. He told me he didn't have the keys and that they were in the boxes. Took 2 hours with help on the phone. I opened Every box to only find critters a wasp nest or some type of bugs. All the keys ended up being in the orange lock box bellow the larger wasp nest. He dropped the box loud and barely caught it. Almost activating all the wasp. It was the craziest experience. If i wasn't desperate for the truck I would have gone crazy.

Need better cell phone coverage if you expect everyone to use the app, which needs to be updated. The rental truck was dirty inside and not cleaned at all.
