Was not clear regarding the app process and found it a little confusing at end of long hot day of moving
Jennifer BThe person at the front counter, I believe his name was Dave, was not helpful at all. We had to ask questions about where the rental was located and how did we know which one was ours, etc. There were 6 trucks in a row like the one we were getting. He was more worried about getting to lunch. Customer service stinks. We dealt with this location one other time and had a different person wait on us. That person was helpful.
