Self service pickup and dropoff through the app were a little tedious with all the pictures and info needed. It would be helpful to receive an email with instructions on how self service works and what documentation you might need prior to pickup.

TANIYA BAbsolutely terrible experience at this location. The truck itself was fine, but when I returned it I was blindsided with an outrageous extra charge. What I was billed was actually more than the cost of the rental itself — and nobody bothered to contact me or explain it beforehand. I had refilled the gas and brought the truck back in good condition, yet they still tacked on this charge for something so minor it could have been handled in minutes. It felt like a complete money grab. This was my first time using this site, and it will definitely be my last. I will make sure to tell friends, family, and anyone else who asks to avoid this location at all costs. There are plenty of better places to rent from that don’t take advantage of their customers.
