Very smooth process after we arrived at the correct location. On scheduling I was told to go to Daytona location for the rental van. When we arrived the rental was at the Holly Hill store. We enjoyed the new van and the store staff at both locations were friendly and helpful. We will always use U-Haul for our moving needs.

John IThe process to change the credit card on file seemed to have been taking longer than it needed to. Otherwise great service
Manuel PWhen we dropped off the truck we were told that we couldn't get a receipt until it was checked in.and there was no one there t9 check it in at that time. When I didn't get a receipt emailed to me a day later I called and discovered it still wasn't checked in. The woman on.the phone said she would complete the check in process for me. Then I was billed foe an extra day because they d8snt finish check in until the next day. They ended up refunding the extra day charge but had I not called It wouldnt have been corrected and the additional charge would not have been removed.
