The truck did not have appropriate tires for this climate. A driver unfamiliar with driving this type of vehicle would have had difficulty navigating because of this.

The truck has a distinct smell. Though, the rep said to check and let her know if there's a problem. Saying "problem" is too vaguge. For first timer, I don't know what to expect. The problem I had was in their records, the gas was half way through BUT when I checked it was not. It is something that should have been checked because they check the truck after it is being returned. If this is what I experienced, someone did not check the truck that I used.
