We needed a truck last minute and everything was easy with no concerns.
Cindy RPickup was stated as 24-7. I had a u-haul reserved for 6:15am, went to check in and was informed that none of the available staff had been trained on the U-Haul process and was asked to come back after 8am. They eventually got another employee on the phone to walk them through it, but it delayed the entire process and added much frustration to the rental process.
