Everything went great, the staff made sure everything was in order plus made sure we had everything we needed. The truck worked great till my husband had a massive heart attack we never made it to pur destination but the truck was dropped off at a Uhaul dealer clean and full of fuel. We wete air lifted to Vancouver hospital. When my husband is put and better we will rent a yruck again to get our stuff. Thank you Uhaul. Val & Perry...

No weekend hours Left me stranded as I was told it would open at noon... I had to talk to 3 different reps before thankfully I got one who was willing to find our for me. She confirmed that it wasn't open, but that they would send an employee to help me. I'm thankful for her service, but not for the hour I wasted trying to advocate for myself as I had movers at my house waiting (and being paid to wait) until a solution had been figured out. I was out an extra $60 from the movers due to the delay which STILL doesn't make any sense. The corners of my drivers license have been chewed, but all of the info and the picture are clearly in tact. And then when I went to pick up my I'd wasn't even required... he just handed me the key... over an hour later than I was scheduled to pick up and was denied. Needless to say, I am not going to be a positive advertiser/ word of mouth through this experience. And no explanation or apology. Just a note online saying " we cannot rent to you at this time. Cone back during store hours"...

I booked this rental thru the head office for a 10:00 am pick-up.When I arrived @ 9:30 Marios was closed,I waited till 10:20 am and called Marios and someone answered in Kelowna and told me to check with the main office and that was also closed. An employ came in the yard with a tow and made a call to send someone up to sign the trailer out. I was back on the road by 11:30 am. NOT MARIOS TOWINGS FAULT. (HEAD OFFICE SHOULD INFORM YOU THAT SOME ONE WILL HAVE TO COME AND OPEN UP. NOT VERY HAPPY AS I HAD PEOPLE ARRANGED TO HELP LOAD MY TRUCK.

This was the worst experience of my entire life. I was forced to drive SIX hours to the middle of no where to pick up this u haul with 7 hours notice !!!!!!!!! Totally unacceptable and I need someone to call me to sort this out immediately as I get passed around and no one is working this out for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not comment on this location as we dropped off the truck before 7:00 am. I will probably use U Haul again if required.The cost of the rental truck was within my budget.

I was told and have a paper saying $500 and my final bill is $750. I wanted a 26ft which they had when I went to Mario’s to arrange things. When they phoned to confirm they said I would have to go to Summerland to pick it up. So I ended up with a 20ft because I wasn’t paying mileage to bring it from Summerland. I had to rent a storage unit to put the rest of my stuff in. Not impressed.

The customer service was friendly, personable and kind. They did not have the correct dolly, even though U-Haul online said they did. This is not their fault I believe, however it was inconvenient.

I was very disappointed that Amanda was no longer working when I called in to rent the truck. She was the best PR for your company and the best person with the most knowledge to help me rent a truck. I got the impression she was forced to step down. I feel she was so knowledgeable compared to others I have spoke to on line. She obviously loved her job and people and feel you should look at management from where she worked. My guess management is threatened by her. Princeton UHaul staff are awesome helpful and I can’t say enough great things about them.

The lady at the location, while very nice, was not able to help me hook up the trailer. Luckily her boyfriend was there, who assisted in getting the trailer hooked up to the truck. The truck itself was pretty banged up, which would have been fine if not for the smashed passenger side mirror, which made driving a bit more difficult. I was also not happy with only having 1 day notice that I was going to have to drive 3 hours out of my way to pick up the equipment I had book A MONTH IN ADVANCE. U-Haul's Equipment shortage is not the customers problem. U-Haul likely knew, at least a week before that, the equipment would not be available in Abbotsford and could have provided a bit more notice so I could have planned accordingly. As a result of having to spend 6 hours driving to and from Princeton the DAY BEFORE MY MOVE, I was unable to complete all the necessary cleaning at my apartment and was charged $165 by my landlord.
