The kiosk was confusing at first. Expected there to be an office but called uhaul and they sent an instructional video which helped. Then the process was easy. You have to download the app and use it to take pics of yourself, license and the truck. The truck pics are before and after renting. There is also a 10ish min delay while a real agent remotely verifies you so plan accordingly. The lock was a little rusty which made me panicky getting it open but I got it. Overall, it was very convenient having a usual pick up in town which also kept the mileage down. Thanks!
