DANIEL MWhen I got the Truck, Gas was only approx. 3/4full. Would be nice to have full tank, but not an issue. In any case, filled it back up to approx. Original Level when dropping off the car.
ALEXANDER PThe truck that I rented had the odometer set on kilometers instead of miles, and the readings had to be inserted in kilometers when dropping off the truck, as otherwise it gave error that the initial reading was higher than the final reading... So basically, every customer pays 60% more for the milage fee (as 1 mile = 1.6 km and the fee is multiplied by the kilometers travelled not by the actual miles...) I called customer support, and they were very confused and didn't understand the issue -- they thought it's the same thing to put in the milage in miles or kilometers -- so I was forced to put in the odometer reading in kilometers and to pay 60% more on the milage fee.
