PRASAD VThe 41 Airpack location staff did not help us at all - we had to connect to U-Haul customer serive to check out the truck. The guy incharge was very rude and indicated that all the systems at U-Haul was down and so he cannot help us - it caused us 2-hour delay and when spoken to customer service, the system was not down.
