I had a reservation and when I got there NO ONE was there. I called the number to the office that was on the reservation and no one answered and there was NO way to leave a message. After 30 minutes or more I found the 800 number to call and was told I needed to download the uhaul app and I could access the truck that way. I specifically put on my reservation IN OFFICE PICK UP. I finally got a guy to walk me thru going to the website, uploading my driver license which took forever, etc.....I went thru all the prompts which took another 25 minutes and finally got thru it to self serve myself and get the key from a box to get the truck. My movers charged me an extra $100 for WAIT time because they were waiting on me to get there with the truck. My reservation time was 9:30am and by the time I got the truck it was almost 11am. I will not recommend this location to anyone and I'm still upset about it. What does uhaul do in situations like this for the customer besides apologize? This cost me money and time that I cannot get back!
