The truck was dirty when I got it and I returned it clean. I was charged an extra $17 over an oil spot that did not exist. I only moved a couple things and nothing had oil anywhere around it, let alone on it. I will never use this location again. They were rude and left me with only $12 in my bank and I'm on SSI.I hated my experience!!!

DARREN WWhen I called the hotline to get my drop off location, the rep refused to allow me to drop off close to me. I called the actual location and they allowed me to drop off with zero issues. Phone rep needs to remember that customer service and friendliness are part of the job and due diligence!
ANGELA PU-Haul system sends too many emails. The one email you should be sending and don't is the return information. I never received a receipt when I returned the trailer to Fair Feed and Supply a little after 1pm on the same day as it went out.
