My location was changed without my permission, I was given less than 24 hours notice of the change and for the additional 6 miles out of my way, I was credited only 3 miles. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.

A little strange to return a truck and drop keys in one bin and a receipt in another. We did not have a reciept to drop - so when we brought back the second truck - I wrote information on paper and dropped in box. We filled the gas to the appropriate mark and left them parked in stalls. Pretty easy.

The worker at desk didn't seem sure about return procedures. I was uncomfortable that there wasn't an inspection to verify no damage to truck and that the gas tank was as full as needed to be. Had to guess where to park the truck.

The proprietor at this dealership is unprofessional. He showed up late for my "appointment", slap/dashed through the truck delivery without any instruction at all - (the Tow/Haul function does what exactly, etc.?). The truck cab was filthy, the windshield worse . . .

I set up a move that was on a critical time schedule involving a lot of people and no room for error. After I scheduled the truck on line, UHaul changed the place I was to pick up the truck, and said things that left me feeling insecure about whether this critical piece of equipment would be available when it was promised. I called UHaul and finally got a regional manager on the phone who knew what she was doing and seemed to have the authority and tools at her disposal to clarify and secure the situation. She was great, and she saved the day for me. In general the system of independent facilities with little authority to promise or confirm anything comes across as a bit flakey. Additionally their paperwork is time consuming and leaves the impression that they are anxious to protect UHaul and leave the customer vulnerable. The equipment when I finally got it was good and well maintained, and the lower bed of the truck made loading/unloading much easier than other equipment I have used.

When I dropped the truck off there wasn't a U-Haul rep to check everything in - or the workers there didn't understand what to do when someone returned a truck. Because of this, I was incorrectly charged the extra day/late fee when I actually turned the truck in on time.

The trailer was awesome. And the location I picked up the trailer was great! But, I am not happy that I had to pay for a minimum of 2 day rental in a car hauler. I would have been fine paying for a one day rental. I only needed the trailer for a 2 hour drive and had to pay for 2 days! I emailed Uhaul and haven't heard one word back and it has been over a week! Not happy at all with Uhaul the company itself!!

I was told online that my full package, with everything included would be around $500 but instead was charged $650 and had no receipt from the online order to prove that fact.

There was not any one thwre to help me unhitch my car so I could get it of the auto transport. I asked if I could get help and the woman said she would call some one but didn't know if he could come. Some guy showed up 10 min later and just started to un hitch everything. Dod not say a word to me and then left. Both people were very rude. I will never us that U-Haul place again.

Your representative wasn't on time, 10 minutes late, even after calling him on Thursday to do a pre pickup inspection as , to which he had no clue of your email suggesting to do so. Will not go back to that location again.

The drop off procedure was very confusing for the office staff to close the paperwork. After I hand wrote my name, address, etc. (no final receipt given), we left the trailer. I was called the next day asking when I was going to drop off the trailer. The staff was friendly, but the Phillips 66 staff did not know how to return the rental. The did call someone to ask how to check the equipment in, but it was still unsettling.
