I picked up early (prior to the office opening) and the app took my through the pick-up process easily. This was a very convenient location. I would use them again.

The equipment we reserved was not available for our move and it was a critical item. I was told at 10 the morning of our reservation. Then I was told no one would be at the location after 10:30am. The worker had personal things to do, even though the site said someone would be there. Definitely our last rental at this location and for our cross country move we will not rent from U-Haul even though we have in the past.
KIMBERLY TThis location lied about my fuel level and the cleanliness. Charged me 100 dollars. Luckily I took photos and have my gas receipt from the corner not even half mile down the road. I’m waiting for the U-Haul support center to make things right.
