The girl at the counter kept calling her mom for help. She also told us that we had the truck for 7 days when we only had it for 5. I got an additional charge for returning the truck late because I was told I had 2 additional days.

The app check in was terrible! It only asked for my verification (references, passport, etc.) once I was at the location trying to pick up the truck. Why? Also, once I did put in this things, it said to wait while someone verifies me and approves it? Again, I was already at the truck, needing to drive away. That's bad design. The app was also pretty slow, and kept skipping to other pages when I tried to access the info about my rental. Overall, bad app design and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. But the lady at the counter was great!
