Again dealing with someone who seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Very angry about the extra amounts I was charged at drop off. I will never be using U-Haul ever again. Penske will be getting all of my business in the future. My whole experience with U-Haul has been absolute trash.

Because the sign on the door was confusing to me and folks with a handycapp due to reading skills don't have the ability to understand a curled piece of paper in the window of the door. Just saying.
