The reservation sent me to another location 24 miles away which did now have either of the items I had reserved. I then had to drive to another location 15 miles away to get the cat dolly I had reserved @$1 per mile. I’ll never use U Haul again.

Truck returned after hours. No interaction with personnel
JAMES BAgain dealing with someone who seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Very angry about the extra amounts I was charged at drop off. I will never be using U-Haul ever again. Penske will be getting all of my business in the future. My whole experience with U-Haul has been absolute trash.
