This man appears to be the only U-haul guy that knows what is going on and how to get things done! Thanks to Scott for coordinating with the man on Northern to get me a truck as soon as he could, everything after my 4 hour all morning) horrible experience with other you haul dealers on that day!

Rented a Uhaul to move in town. Put on the paperwork that we would drive a max of 20 miles. Ended up driving only 6 from the location to our old apartment to the new house and back. Got charged for 60 miles and gas even though the man told us to go put gas which we did. Emailed, called, tried to get help and nothing so far. Save your money, rent from somewhere else.
Andrea VWhy did I have to go 12 miles out of my way to get a truck when I had one reserved closer by.. getting the truck through your website and application for photo ID download took nearly 45 minutes.. almost ruined our move do that the timing.
