Location was great the app was slow and before we realized we needed to upload photos we were already gone. But was overall a great truck and reasonable

Other than the truck being covered in snow it went well!!
LEONARD CI had reserved a trailer and blankets ,got there and the u-haul rep didnt leave them any blankets. I had to go to youngstown the next day to get the blankets which ate up an hour of my time . both places were great to deal with though
Richard PRenee from the main customer svc place helped me tremendously and I would recommend uHaul to anyone
