The location had no idea what to do

jim lTrain the new employees how to rent the trucks out. Didn’t exactly know how to.
Keith PReserved moving truck over phone and called back 5 times to modify order or ask questions about order and when we arrived to pick it up we were told credit card wasn’t shown and order was not complete. Took 45 mins before we got truck and could leave. Were told on phone we had until 10:15pm to return and in person were told 9pm. Associate on phone couldn’t help when problems happened at pick up site.
