Gas station employee who hooked up the trailer didn't check the electrical connection, the four pin trailer harness was caked in mud and grime and he just shoved it in to my truck's socket which in turn got that full of mud and grime. He also didn't check if the lights worked so I had to set up my camera and verify myself. Because the connection was full of mud, shockingly, they didn't work. I cleaned off what I could at the lot since he just left, double checked the rest of what he did, then carefully drove home where I cleaned everything with IPA and got the lights working again. UHaul won't let me do an after hours trailer pick-up because of the liability of me, an 'untrained professional' hooking up a trailer, yet this is the kind of person who UHaul feels is qualified enough to hook it up. I'm surprised he crossed the chains.

WALEED Ia sign directing customers to the clerk somewhere beside the parked u-hauls would make it a bit easier for customers to navigate inside. but this is as also my first time renting a u haul or anything similar
