Stop changing pickup and drop off locations. This was extremely frustrating that I had to drop off the truck and a location different that I had chosen.

The person who assisted me at rental pic up time was excellent. The person at drop off time did not know to tell me I needed to check in on the app or online because it was after hours. He told me just put the key in the box, when in fact, I needed to check in online for ending mileage and conditional photos to be uploaded. I figured it out, but would've been good to have that direction from the evening staff member. Overall great experience, very nice vehicle.

Mario CThe gas gage was not full when we checked out and we did not check the gas gage. After using the vehicle (58 miles) and just before check we refueled the gas tank at a cast of $107. When we checked in and told them about the trucks gas mileage, they confirmed that the truck was not full at checkout and "as per the contract" they would not reimburse us for any charges.
