The van was quite muddy from the previous customer's use but if there wasn't much turn-around time, that's understandable. There was a little disagreement about the gasoline level on return initially but that got straightened out to my satisfaction quickly. Thank you!

MICHAEL BTrojan Storage of Puyallup was fantastic. The truck was relatively clean but the fuel tank was broken and leaked a lot of fuel. I didn't notice the leak till I went to put fuel in it. Fortunately I was only driving 8 miles so the spillage was minimal. I reported it when I got back and they called the truck in for service immediately.
CHRISTOPHER BMy reservation was changed and I was unaware. I did get an email that I didn’t see because other communications were through text. After arriving at the first location we had to go to another location. Due to a reservation change it adede 45 minutes to an already tight time schedule. Although my reservation was made to be in person it was changed to self check in/out via an app without my knowledge.. It was confirmed by the phone agent that this was not what my reservation said. I purposely did all if the check in process online to make vehicle pickup quick and easy. The app required me to repeat much of the same information. This was not what I had planned and the process of adding an app and navigating self check in/out both times in the pouring rain not only added to my the length of time it took but added unwanted stress to an already difficult moving process. I specifically requested a furniture dolly and was given an appliance dolly without being given a choice. It was not helpful and unnecessary due to having already renting a regular dolly. This was a waste of money and not what I needed. Personnel at both sites visited were unfriendly, and not helpful. The person at the second location was downright rude. The agent on the phone was kind, helpful, and patient. No compensation for any of the mixup’s was offered or given. I will not be utilizing U haul fair any future needs.
