The front desk woman was super nice when I picked up my truck. I was running late returning it due to traffic. She was very accommodating, and when I dropped the truck off, it was really quick. Great experience. Will use again.

Marlin DThis location was very helpful. We had reserved a vehicle at another location. However, upon arrival to pick it up, was informed that systems had been down the entire day so vehicle couldn’t be released. We had people lined up to assist us, a short window to complete the move and taken time from work-so this was a nasty mess. A call earlier in the day would have allowed us some time to make other vehicle arrangements. Chelsey at a central dispatch line was able to assist, locate a U Haul location with a van nearby. Drive to the location about a mile away and our reservation was in the system. Without much delay, we were on the way to meet the deadlines. After an earlier messy day, we were finally able to finish moving the item to our residence. Very helpful staff!!!
