I did the self check in, enter all my info, but when I arrive at the station the lady reenter all of my info, it took lots of time, and took me time to fill it only for nothing... The truck was stuck in the snow and ice, but mostly it was harder to move it because it had summer tires...in winter. We had to ask for help to a stranger who kindly help us push the van. It took us over 30 minutes to move it. And while we tried to move it...well it consume gas and add kilometers to my count. After that , I had to take little detour, knowing it was in summer tires, to be sure I would not get stuck on the road. The left turn signal was burned, needs to be change. And the truck was showing it needed an oil change. ( At first I couln't see the km on the dash because it was only the message OIL CHANGE. It had 1 km more than it should've had when I approved the km on the app) Overall I wans't really happy with the experience. I wouldn't recommand in the winter season, pretty sure they never change the tires for winter one.

Le total pour ma réservation, entendue au téléphone avec le centre d'appel, n'était pas le même lorsque je suis arrivée pour récupérer les clés, c'était plus cher. La dame au comptoir avait beaucoup de difficulté. Le lave-glace était vide (on a été très mal pris rendu sur l'autoroute) et il y avait des restants de poulet sur le sol de la cabine côté passager.
Michelle PL'employée présente le vendredi ne comprenait pas grand chose en français, Ce fut tres penible de me faire comprendre. Elle m'a chargé des assurance alors que j'en ai pas besoin car mon assureur couvre tout. MEme apres lui avoir répété souvent. On me charge egalement des frais de 204 pour service apres les heures d'ouverture alors que ce ne me fut jamais mentionné. J'ai rapporté les cles et le camion le soir même et on me charge des frais, c'est inacceptable.
