Helpful and friendly.
Mary KRay made sure my truck was started and warmed up for me. Also helped me get the back of the truck open. I also called him when I couldn't open the back up and he offered to come open it for me. I will come back and recommend Ray shop.
Heaven SSome people might want to conduct business in a more formal office area? I liked the informal atmosphere, but some might not.
